Sealed bids for the above referenced project will be accepted at the management office of Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District, 850 East Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, Texas, 75039, (mailing address: Dallas County Utility and Reclamation District, P O Box 140035, Irving, Texas, 75014-0035), until 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), Friday, May 25, 2018.  At this time and place the Proposals will be publicly opened.  Late Proposals will be returned unopened.

The request for bids is for the Las Colinas APT Upgrades Phase 2.

Proposal and Contract Documents may be downloaded or viewed free of charge at this website.This website will be updated periodically with Addenda, proposal information, additional reports or other information relevant to the Request for Proposal.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the above referenced District offices at 09:00 a.m., Monday, April 9, 2018.

The District is making available one additional pre-proposal meeting on April 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the District’s main office. This is a mandatory meeting for any party wishing to submit a proposal that was not in attendance at the first pre-proposal meeting held on April 9. Attendees at the first meeting are welcome to attend this second meeting, but it is not a requirement.

 

The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals / Submittals.
